概要
Nomigoroは、いかなるデータも収集しません。ボトルの情報も、ラベルの写真も、飲んだ記録も、すべてお使いのiPhoneの中だけに保存されます。売られる・共有される・漏えいするデータはそもそも存在しません。
1. 収集するデータについて
当方は、個人データ・利用データを一切、収集・受信・送信・保存・処理しません。具体的には次のとおりです。
- アカウント登録は不要です（機能自体がありません）。氏名・メールアドレス・パスワード等を入力する場面はありません。
- データは端末の外に出ません。ボトルの銘柄・生産者・ヴィンテージ・購入情報・保管場所・飲み頃・ラベル写真・飲んだ記録は、すべてお使いのiPhone内にのみ保存されます。当方のサーバーは存在せず、アプリが当方に対してネットワーク通信を行うことはありません。
- トラッキングはありません。広告、広告識別子、トラッキング技術は一切含まれておらず、他社のアプリやウェブサイトを横断した追跡も行いません。
- アナリティクスはありません。解析SDK、クラッシュレポートSDK、その他サードパーティSDKは一切組み込まれていません。
このため、App StoreにおけるNomigoroのAppプライバシー表示は「データは収集されません」です。
2. カメラとラベル写真について
Nomigoroのカメラ機能は、ボトル登録の際にワインのラベルを撮影する目的にのみ使用されます。撮影したラベル写真は、お使いのiPhone内のアプリ専用の保存領域にのみ保管され、外部のサーバーへアップロードされることは一切ありません。写真ライブラリへのアクセスは、既存の写真を選んで登録する場合にのみ発生します。ラベル写真はボトルを削除すると端末から削除されます。
3. ラベルの文字認識（Vision フレームワーク）について
ラベルから銘柄・生産者・ヴィンテージ（年）の候補を読み取る処理には、Appleが提供するオンデバイスのVisionフレームワークを使用します。この処理はすべてお使いの端末内で完結し、ラベル写真や読み取った文字がAppleのサーバーにも、当方のサーバー（存在しません）にも送信されることはありません。読み取られた内容はあくまで下書きの候補であり、実際に保存される内容は必ずご自身で確認・編集した上で確定します。外部のワインデータベースとの照合は行いません。
4. 通知（ローカル通知）について
Nomigoroは、ボトルが飲み頃に入るタイミングをお知らせするために、通知の許可をいただいた場合に限り通知を送ります。通知はAppleのUserNotificationsフレームワークを使ってお使いの端末上でスケジュールされる「ローカル通知」であり、プッシュ通知サービスは使用されません。通知を送るために、お客様のデータが外部に送信されることは一切ありません。
5. 課金について
Nomigoro Pro（買い切り・非消耗型の1回限りの購入）は、AppleのApp Store（StoreKit）によって処理されます。決済はAppleの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーのもとでAppleが取り扱います。当方が、お客様の氏名・メールアドレス・請求先住所・クレジットカード番号その他の決済情報に触れることは一切ありません。アプリは、Pro機能を解錠するために「購入が有効かどうか」を端末上のStoreKitを通じて確認するのみです。サブスクリプションは提供しておらず、自動更新は発生しません。
6. お子様のプライバシー
Nomigoroは誰からもデータを収集しないため、お子様からもデータを収集しません。なお、本アプリはワインを対象とした在庫管理アプリであり、お酒に関する内容を含みます。
7. お酒に関する留意事項
本アプリはワインの記録・在庫・飲み頃の管理を目的としたツールであり、飲酒を推奨・助長するものではありません。飲み頃の表示は目安であり、健康上の効果・効能を保証または示唆するものではありません。20歳未満の方の飲酒は法律で禁止されています。詳しくは利用規約をご覧ください。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、上記の制定日（改定日）を改めます。データ収集を伴う変更（現時点で予定はありません）を行う場合は、適用前にアプリ内で明確にお知らせします。

Summary
Nomigoro collects no data. None. Your bottle details, label photos, and drinking records are stored only on your own iPhone. There is nothing to sell, share, or leak.
1. Data We Collect
We do not collect, receive, transmit, store, or process any personal data or usage data whatsoever. Specifically:
- No account is required or offered. You never provide a name, email address, or password to use Nomigoro.
- No data leaves your device. Bottle names, producers, vintages, purchase details, storage locations, drinking windows, label photos, and consumption records are stored only in local storage on your iPhone. Nomigoro operates without any server of ours — the app makes no network connections to us at all.
- No tracking. Nomigoro contains no advertising, no ad identifiers, no tracking technologies, and does not track you across apps or websites.
- No analytics. Nomigoro contains no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no third-party SDKs of any kind.
Accordingly, Nomigoro's App Privacy label on the App Store is "Data Not Collected."
2. Camera and Label Photos
Nomigoro's camera is used only to photograph a wine label when you register a bottle. Label photos are stored only in the app's own storage area on your iPhone and are never uploaded to any external server. Photo library access only occurs if you choose an existing photo instead of taking a new one. Deleting a bottle also deletes its label photo from your device.
3. Label Text Recognition (Vision Framework)
Reading a candidate name, producer, and vintage year from a label photo uses Apple's on-device Vision framework. This processing happens entirely on your device — neither the label photo nor the recognized text is ever sent to Apple's servers or to our servers (we have none). Recognized text is only ever a draft suggestion; you always review and edit it before it is saved. Nomigoro does not cross-reference any external wine database.
4. Notifications (Local Notifications)
Nomigoro sends notifications to let you know when a bottle enters its drinking window, only if you grant notification permission. These are local notifications scheduled on your device using Apple's UserNotifications framework — no push-notification service is used, and no data about you is ever transmitted to enable this feature.
5. Purchases
Nomigoro Pro (a single non-consumable, one-time purchase) is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). Payment is handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We never see or have access to your name, email address, billing address, credit card number, or any other payment information. The app only learns, via Apple's StoreKit framework on your device, whether the purchase is active — so it can unlock Pro features. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal.
6. Children's Privacy
Because Nomigoro collects no data from anyone, it also collects no data from children. Note that this app is a wine inventory tool and contains alcohol-related content.
7. A Note About Alcohol
This app is a tool for recording and tracking your wine collection's drinking windows — it does not encourage or promote alcohol consumption. Drink-window suggestions are general guidance and do not claim or imply any health benefit. Drinking alcohol is prohibited by law for anyone under the age of 20 in Japan. 8. Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Any change that would involve collecting data (which we do not plan) would be clearly communicated in the app before taking effect.
